Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating C.

1. Alteration of private documents;

A. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) arbitrarily stated the “Yansan land 8Box 32 x 32 x E” on June 24, 2014, on which the Defendant’s signature was written, and the private line between the portion indicated “16Box cash 3 million 6/30 E” as “8Box, 3Box, 3Box, 4 July 3, 201, and 8Box, 640 x 23,00 x 14,720 x 23,00 x 23,00 x 14,50 x 4,500 x x 16,50 x 300 x x 4,500 x 1,50 x 6,500 x 06 x 1,646,00 m2.”

B. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made use of the typesetting pen to exercise at the time and time indicated in the above paragraph (a) above; (b) stated “E 2Box x 32 x 64 x 32 x cash 3 million x 28Box x 32 x 32 x 896 x 13,440,00 x 20 x 32 x 32 x 32 x 32 x 32 x 32 x 640 x 23,000 x 14,720 x 14,720 x 14,000 x 14,600 x 764,600 x 769,000 x 7690 x 964,000” on the remaining column.

The Defendant, using the official approval color pen for the purpose of exercising at the location described in the above paragraph A., entered “76,694,000” and “79,694,500” in the remaining gold column before the lower end of the list of its trading specifications on August 30, 2014 on which the signature of E was written, and altered one copy of the transaction specification statement, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the said E.

(d)

Defendant 1,300,000 won in cash, 1.3 million won in written form on October 13, 2014, where the signature of E was written for the purpose of exercising at the time and place described in the above paragraph A., by means of a black pen, for the purpose of exercising at the location described in the above paragraph (a).
