Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[208 Highest 7601] On May 6, 2008, the civil society organization with 1,500 Korean Jindo Co., Ltd. established a National Countermeasure Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Countermeasures Council”) against full import of U.S. beef in the U.S. for the purpose of organizing a strike against full import of U.S. beef, asserting that “the phased expansion of import of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 would result in a stroke negotiation, as well as in a stroke negotiation.”
Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to a candlelight assembly against the import of U.S. beef in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, following the candlelight assembly, which was held from May 6, 2008. On the first day, the party meeting held from the Cheong River square to the candlelight assembly, which is an outdoor assembly after sunset. From May 24, 2008, after the candlelight assembly was held every day, the party tried to enter into the Cheong River with the road located in the city as of the following day from May 24, 2008.
On June 2, 2008, the Government announced the "Reservation for Publication in the Official Gazette". However, the Countermeasures Council decided to hold the "National Action for 72 hours for the complete renegotiation of the withdrawal of the public announcement from June 5, 2008 to 8 of the same day in order to encourage the withdrawal of the public announcement of the import sanitary requirements of U.S. beef and the full renegotiation of the import extension agreement of U.S. beef."
Accordingly, on June 6, 2008, from around 19:00 to 20:30, the countermeasures conference stated that 45,000 people are “finites, finites, public finites, and beef import opposition” on all lanes, such as the Korean language, front of the Seoul Council, the F opposition, and the front day of the Frogate hotel, and the front day of the luminous building.
