A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Busan District Court on January 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House.

1. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties against C, D, and E reported 112 on the street in front of the 1,117-ro, Seocheon-dong community service center located in 2,000, Busan, Seocheon-ro, 117, Seocheon-gu, Busan, and reported 112 to the effect that the Defendant fights with other people, and C and D, a auxiliary police officer affiliated with F of the Busan, Busan, Busan, who called on the site, controlled the Defendant, sent C’s face twice a week to drinking, and took part in D’s bridge.

The Defendant continued to receive the above C’s request for support and 112 report that “Awss are fighting,” and expressed his desire to ask questions about the situation of the occurrence of the incident from the Inspector E, who is a police officer belonging to the Busan Western Police Station G District, dispatched to the said site at once.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above E, C, and D, thereby obstructing the above police officers' legitimate performance of official duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases and crime prevention patrols.

2. Around 01:50 on April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender as indicated in paragraph (1) within the G District located in the Gu District located in Busan Y, and caused disturbance by taking a bath; (b) cutting off the string, a police officer affiliated with the said G District, and scood the Defendant, etc. on the ground that he would restrain it; and (c) sent the Defendant, etc. with a view to “Iskhshshshshshshshshshshshshshhshshshshhshshshhshhshshhshhshshhshshshshhshshshshshshsh to the Defendant.”

As a result, the defendant assaulted the above H and interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties concerning the police officer's service in the global situation.
