A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased and administered the Metropha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s purchase of phiphonephones to “C”, which is an SNS fluorized case using mobile phones at an irregular location at Osan-si (hereinafter referred to as “C”); (b) then, around 17:35 on the same day, transferred KRW 90,00 to a new bank account (F) designated by the non-name-specific person at the branch of the Osan Financial Center of the new bank located in 155 in Osan-si (hereinafter referred to as “E”); and (c) thereafter, (d) around that time, the Defendant purchased approximately 1 gram of phiphones, which was sealed into a plastic package and a certified plastic paper, sealed inside the 1st floor measuring instrument of G building at Suwon-si.
B. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed that the Defendant purchased philophones from the needy person in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at an insular place; (b) transferred 600,000 won to an insular phone at the branch office of the Orste Financial Center in the above new bank around 21:29 on the same day; and (c) around that time, the Defendant purchased 1g of philophones by means of finding about about 201 grams, which were packed in vinyl 201, the first floor of the H building in Young-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, with a plastic bag and a verification-style vinyl.

On March 11, 2017, the Defendant accessed that the Defendant purchased the philophones from the above name in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph at an irregular place at Osan-si and around 18:30 on the same day, and transferred 700,000 won to the Saemaul Depository account (I) designated by the non-name-related person at the location of Osan-si, Hansan-si, 124 on the same day, and then at that time, the non-name-related person finds about 1g of the 1st floor of the Jin-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was packed as a vinyl and a certified vinyl.
