Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2016, the Defendant driven a NAS car without obtaining a driver's license from around 25 km to the roads near the 460-17 km-dong, Ansan-si, Masan-si in the vicinity of the administrative Ri in order to ensure that the Defendant driven a BNAS car without obtaining a driver's license from around 17:20.
