Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a BM5 vehicle on the road in front of the office located in the Republic of Korea, the office located in the Republic of Korea, Eup, Myeon; (b) was negligent in performing the duty of care at a low speed; (c) neglected to perform the duty of care on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (d) did not take necessary measures so that the repair cost amounting to KRW 2,043,80,000, to the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle and the front part of the front part of the vehicle; and (d) shocked the opposite vehicle and the horizontal trees beyond India
