A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 4 shall be confiscated.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 29, 2019, around 18:28, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the Defendant was at the residence of the victim C in Yasan-si; (b) confirmed that the first class of the body installed in gate was divided into several times between the victim’s outing outing part of the body; and (c) discovered that the window on the part of the toilet was opened back to the back of the said residence; and (d) invaded the living room through open windows over the said dwelling space; and (c) opened in a space over the said dwelling space, tamped up to the living room, with a rapid tamped hand, at the market price of KRW 1.8 K 1,00,000 and the market price of KRW 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and infringed upon the victim’s residence and property at least 00,000 won (hereinafter referred to as “the victim’s house”).
2. On June 4, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 20:40 on June 4, 2019, at night, was the victim E’s residence; (b) confirmed that the victim was opened with the window for the pertinent multi-use room; and (c) intruded the victim’s house through open windows, and stolen the cash, which is the victim’s possession in the cremation belt, with an amount of KRW 70,00,000,000.
3. On June 15, 2019, around 18:23, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steals property by intrusion upon the victim’s residence on the part of the victim’s G during the following period: (a) intrusion upon the victim’s house through the entrance that was not locked between the victim’s out-of-the-spot and then intruded about about 10 minutes; and (b) the Defendant attempted to steals property on two occasions from May 29, 2019 to June 15, 2019, and attempted to steal the victim’s residence, such as the list of crimes (2) as indicated in the separate sheet of crimes (2), but did not bring about such theft.
