A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2016, the Defendant, at the Incheon District Court, sentenced two years of the suspended sentence to four months of imprisonment for fraud; and on September 19, 2016, two years of the suspended sentence to four months of imprisonment for the same crime; and on September 13, 2017, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for ten months (one month of imprisonment, three months of imprisonment; six months of imprisonment) with prison labor for larceny, etc. and completed the suspended sentence on December 5, 2017, when the said judgment became final and conclusive, the sentence of the suspended sentence becomes void and the execution of the final sentence was terminated on July 23, 2018.

1. A thief and a residential intrusion Defendant came to exist in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B Apartmentdong around 11:00 on May 29, 2019, when the victim D returned to Korea, and stolen the victim D’s present door door password, and acquired the password by cutting off the victim’s door door, and immediately wearing another vinyl creb that the victim immediately went to the outside, and then leakages the crepit and intrudes into the victim’s residence, and bring about approximately KRW 3.1,50,000 in total of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the insidewest-gu B apartment, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and from April 22, 2019 to April 22, 2019.

6. Until June 1, 200, by the following method, the victims’ dwellings were intruded eight times in total as shown in the annexed list of crimes (1), and the victims’ total market price was stolen.

Around 10:00 on May 14, 2019, the Defendant, who intrudes upon the public corridor of the 20th floor used by the said apartment residents, such as the victim E, etc. using the elevator with an intention to steal the goods, as described in paragraph (1), and went into the victim’s residence, and then came into infringement on the above public corridor managed by the victims three times in total by May 24, 2019, as shown in the list of crimes (2).
