Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2405"

1. At night, on September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) when the victim G in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, F 102 was living in his/her dwelling area; (b) when the victim was living in his/her dwelling area; (c) when the victim was living in his/her dwelling area, the Defendant intruded the living room through his/her windows located in his/her dwelling area; and (d) approximately KRW 4 million of the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, was approximately KRW 5 million, and approximately 800,000,000,000,000 won, at the market price of the victim’s dwelling in his/her dwelling area.

In addition, from around that time to April 22, 2017, the Defendant abused the victims’ property worth approximately KRW 98,207,000 in total in the market price by intrusion upon their residence at night by the same method as in attached Table 1, such as at least 28 times, as shown in attached Table 1.

2. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at night, when the victim I was in the victim I’s residence located in Daegu-gu H H 203 at night, and took a roof of the vehicle parked in the vicinity of the said residence by using the cresh, intruded the victim through the window to the multi-use room, and did not discover it, but did not have the intent.

In addition, the Defendant, from around that time to April 17, 2017, attempted to steal the victims’ property by intrusioning upon their residence at night by the same method four times in total, such as the attached list 2 of the sight of crimes, but did not bring about an attempted crime.

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant, “2017 Highest 3326,” entered a small room through a window in which the gas pipe was filled up, and intrudes into a small room by using a cresh in the body of the victim K, which was located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu 2000, and where the victim K was located in around 20:0,000, the total market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,710,000,00 as indicated in the following crime list.
