On October 27, 2012, at around 00:25, the Defendant driven B passenger vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the front side of the romosome (ju) located in the Magdong-gu, Daegu City to the road of approximately 2 km-dong 215-33, Yongsan-dong 215-33, the Defendant driven a bnd under the influence of alcohol content of 0.102%.
