On October 12, 2013, at around 18:05, the Defendant driven a B-car with blood alcohol content of about 0.153% from the front road of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seog-gu, Seog-gu, Seog-gu to the end road of approximately 6 km-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu.
