The defendant is a driver of a passenger car B.

On November 14, 2013, at around 22:55, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 150 meters up to the front road of the Yongsan-gu Busan Metropolitan City on the roads adjacent to the Yongsan-dong Yongsan-do, Daegu Metropolitan City under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.106% of blood alcohol level.
