Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) The Plaintiff’s father, the Plaintiff’s father, owned the real estate indicated in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 and 2, and the Plaintiff’s mother, E, respectively, owned the real estate indicated in [Attachment 1] List Nos. 3. 2] The F Return No. 4,132 square meters (hereinafter “F land”) in G, the Plaintiff’s second type. As a result, the co-inheritors and inheritance shares in the deceased G are as shown in the separate sheet No. 2-2. C. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 1 in the previous Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Dec. 10, 1992), the registration of ownership preservation was completed on May 26, 1995 under the name of the defendant as the receipt No. 13739, May 26, 1995.
