Reasons
Basic Facts
A. The plaintiff is a clan with P28 years old Q as a joint ancestor, and the defendants are the plaintiff's clan members.
B. On February 22, 1962, in the name of S and T on February 6, 1962, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed with respect to 1/2 shares in the title of T on April 21, 2014 with respect to the above 1/2 shares in the title of T on April 21, 2014. On November 29, 2002, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed due to inheritance by consultation division (each share is the same as the corresponding inheritance shares in the separate sheet No. 4).
C. On December 20, 1971, the registration of preservation of ownership was completed with respect to shares of 1/2 in the name of S and T in accordance with Act on Special Measures for the Transfer, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3094) on December 20, 197.

On April 21, 1980, registration of preservation of ownership was completed in S's name on April 21, 1980 under the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (No. 3094).
E. On May 10, 1986, S died and succeeded to AB and his heir, the co-defendant D, Defendant B, C, E, F, and AD, the wife of which was deceased on June 19, 1972, and the co-defendant G, the wife of the first instance court, and the first instance court, the wife of AD, the wife of which was deceased on June 19, 1972. Since then AE died on July 7, 1986, and succeeded to AB by the co-defendant G of the first instance court, the mother and child of his wife, and on January 23, 2004, AB succeeded to the inheritance of Defendant E and F, the wife of his child.
The respective inheritance shares of Defendant B, C, the first instance co-defendant D, Defendant E, F, and the first instance co-defendant G are as shown in the corresponding inheritance shares, and the inheritance shares of AC are 4/30.
F. T has been killed on November 29, 2002 and its heir and co-defendant I, Defendant J, K, L, M, N,O, and their respective inheritance shares are as listed in the separate sheet No. 3.
