In addition, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 21, 1985 due to sale as of July 7, 1974 under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, effective).

Meanwhile, the Selection C completed the registration of ownership transfer on February 28, 1985 due to sale and purchase from September 5, 1974 pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, Aug. 4, 1995) with respect to land 7. The Selection C is selected on August 4, 1995 due to sale and purchase promise made on August 3, 195.
