A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:10 on August 17, 2007, the Defendant injured the robbery by robbery: (a) the victim’s D (n.e., age 21) was considered to be snow in light of the victim’s view that the victim’s living expenses are to be incurred due to the discontinuance of his/her accompanying workplace, and (b) he/she was waiting for his/her female with a so-called knicker for the purpose of taking money and valuables by force; (c) the victim was able to take his/her head kn on his/her right hand; and (d) the victim was able to take the knife the victim’s knife with his/her body knife and knife the part of the victim’s knife and knife the victim’s body knife and knife the victim’s right part one time with the above knife and knife the victim’s money, and made the victim’s money by taking three (30).

2. On September 4, 2007, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of a wallet containing the aforesaid FF-owned G-based LV card (credit card number: H) located in the G-based presson line, which was parked in the front of the YY-dong, G-dong, G-based, G-based, G-based, G-based, G-based, and then intended to purchase goods using the said credit card.

At around 12:00 on September 4, 2007, the Defendant purchased clothes equivalent to 20,000 won at the brand shopping mall operated by the victim, whose name is unknown, and presented the stolen EL credit card to the victim as if he had finished, and signed and settled it.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received clothes equivalent to KRW 20,000 from the victim’s seat.

B. On September 4, 2007, the Defendant, at the Jju station operated by the victim who was unable to know the name I of the Gusisi, around 12:27, 2007, was 50,000 won on one’s own vehicle, and was stolen as above.
