A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2012, around 04:40 on April 8, 2012, the Defendant entered the Gu Maur 201, with the victim D who became aware of in Cata club.

At around 05:15 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) followed the victim’s crepans by taking advantage of the crepans of the victim; (b) destroyed a new credit card owned by the victim; (c) one copy of the national bank physical card; (d) one resident registration certificate; (e) one driver’s license; and (e) one copy of a new credit card in the victim’s father F.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On April 8, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 05:30 on April 8, 2012, 205: (b) took a taxi driven by a victim, who is unable to know his/her name on the road in front of the Maurto; and (c) took place as if he/she would pay the victim a normal taxi fee

The Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim by presenting a new credit card in the name of F, as seen above, to settle the taxi fare of KRW 31,000; (b) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the same amount from the victim; and (c) used stolen credit cards.

B. On April 8, 2012, around 05:53, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he would normally pay accommodation expenses to an employee who was unable to know his name at the Gel operated by the victim I in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) as seen above, by deceiving the said employee by means of settling KRW 80,000 by presenting a new credit card in the name of F that was stolen; and (c) obtained economic benefits equivalent to the same amount by using the said employee after being provided with the said employee’s shelter from the said employee; and (d) used the stolen credit card.
