Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) around 17:30 on December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (b) opened a clothes room used by the victim D, who is a workplace partner; and (c) cut off cash of KRW 20,000 from the victim’s wall; and (d) cut off a corporate bank body card.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On December 27, 2013, the Defendant presented to the victim a stolen corporate bank e-mail card from “F department stores” operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name in Gumi-si, Gumi-si, 21:13, 2013, and had the victim issue a false sales slip to the victim, and then issued two e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail e-mail.

B. On December 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) presented to the victim the instant corporate bank body crow card from Hart operated by the victim, whose name is unknown in Gumi-si G on December 27, 2013, and had the victim prepare the sales slip; (b) signed the sales slip falsely; and (c) issued bread, breas, etc. equivalent to the market price of KRW 5,400 from the victim.

In this respect, the defendant deceivings victims by using stolen credit cards on two occasions, and delivers assets.
