1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 20 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from January 14, 2016 to March 9, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

3. In light of all circumstances revealed through the records of this case, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money as KRW 20 million due to the defendant's improper act. Thus, the plaintiff's claim in excess of this is dismissed.
