1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 13, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment based on the recommendation of confession.

3. In light of the various circumstances indicated in the pleadings of the instant case, such as health group, the period of marriage between the Plaintiff and C, the motive, period, and frequency to which the Defendant and C had unlawful relations, the degree that the act of misconduct affected the failure of the Plaintiff and C in the marriage between the Plaintiff and C, and the Plaintiff’s age, occupation, income, and property status, it is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money as KRW 20 million. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim in excess thereof is without merit.
