1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from May 29, 2016 to October 26, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The amount of consolation money shall be determined at KRW 20 million in consideration of all the circumstances revealed in the records and pleadings, such as the background, contents, frequency, and degree of damage, and the result of criminal punishment, etc. As such, the part of the claim in excess thereof shall be dismissed.
