1. Defendant Cuk Passenger Transport Co., Ltd. shall be against the Plaintiffs listed in Nos. 1 through 6 of the Plaintiff List No. 1.

Basic Facts

Defendant Shinsung Passenger Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Shinsung Passenger Co., Ltd.”) is a company that operates passenger transportation business at the dives City.
