A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2009, the Defendant issued a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would purchase home appliances released from the LG Electronic Logistics Center, because he/she had worked in the LG Electronic System,” emphasized the victim I as if he/she had the ability to return to the cafeteria.”

However, the Defendant had no career of working in LG electronic, and there was no intention or ability to purchase household appliances from the LG Electronic Logistics Center due to lack of connection with the LG electronic and there was no intention or ability to purchase them at low prices, and the amount received from the victim was considered to be consumed by living expenses, entertainment expenses, etc.

The Defendant received 1,300,000 won in cash as the purchase price for home appliances around that time from the victim.

2. On September 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim I on September 2, 2009 that “I want to get the victim to work in the old LG electronic of the Party with disability 6 disability because there are many people who know that I had no career in the Gu LG electronic.”

However, the defendant did not have worked in the LG electronic, and there was no intention or ability to employ the victims' children to work in the LG electronic due to the lack of delivery to the LG electronic, and the amount received from the victims was considered to have been consumed by all due to entertainment expenses, living expenses, etc.

The Defendant received KRW 58,850,000,00 in total from around September 23, 2009 to around 39 times as shown in the list of crimes committed by the Defendant, as well as from around that time to January 6, 2012, for the purchase of vehicles for job placement and job placement services, from around 39 times in total.
