A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall obtain money from 13,00,000 won and D to the compensation applicant C.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 20, 2007.

1. On April 23, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim J at the international wedding shop located in Daegu-gu Seo-gu Ha, stating that “The Defendant would be employed under military service by requesting a staff member in charge of recruiting military personnel at the military unit upon request of the staff member in charge.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim for the purpose of guard, he was thought not to use the money for expenses, but to use it for living expenses, etc., and only he was working in the military unit but did not have the intention or ability to employ the victim as a staff member of the military unit.

As above, the Defendant received KRW 2,030,000 from the victim’s post office account in the name of the Defendant on the same day and received KRW 43,080,000 from the said date to October 27, 209 on six occasions.

In addition, the Defendant received 105,080,000 won from April 23, 2008 to July 29, 2009 by deceiving the victims in the above manner, as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes committed.

2. On November 2008, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would have been employed by the U.S. military unit upon request of the staff in charge of the Jeju-gu Department of Military Affairs, and would have been employed by the U.S. military unit” to the victim M in the L house located in Daegu-gu K, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim for the purpose of guard, he was thought not to use the money for expenses, but to use it for living expenses, etc., and only he was working in the military unit but did not have the intention or ability to employ the victim as a staff member of the military unit.
