Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 2013, Defendant B: (a) prepared a false statement to the effect that A was aware of a de facto marital relationship with G that the Defendant was a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant in the Fran beach shop near Busan, Seo-gu; (b) attended the court as a witness and asked A to make a false testimony according to the written statement; and (c) allowed A to attend the court as a witness and make a false testimony.
However, facts were known to A after G died, and G and the defendant did not know that they were de facto marital relations.
Accordingly, on October 28, 2013, the Defendant asked A to give false testimony, and caused A to give false testimony to the effect that A knew that G was a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, as described in Paragraph 2, from the Busan Family Court Law No. 357 of the Busan Family Court on October 28, 2013.
2. On October 28, 2013, Defendant A appeared as a witness in the Busan District Court No. 357, which was located in the Busan District Court, around 17:00 on October 28, 2013, and took an oath and took a witness of the lawsuit to verify the existence of a de facto marriage with respect to No. 18116 B.
