Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 14, 2011, the Defendants found Defendant A’s “E pharmacy” located in Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, the debtor of which was living, and concluded that Defendant A had “E pharmacy with the intent to sell goods in the pharmacy,” and that “Igree with the intention to sell goods in the pharmacy,” and that “Igree with the money, Igre am to be tried as a crime of defamation, and, upon being tried as a crime of defamation, I conspired F to have the said pharmacy accompanied with the said pharmacy give false testimony.
At around 10:00 on April 6, 2012, the Defendants met F at the point of “G” located in front of the Daejeon District Court of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, the Daejeon District Court: (a) Defendant A had F attend the meeting to the effect that “I will be responsible for all of the testimony if I give a favorable testimony, because I would be able to say that “I would be free of control, good results, and if I testified in favor of A, I will be free of charge.”
At around 10:40 on the same day, the Defendants attended F as a witness of the Daejeon District Court’s Red Branch No. 214, and instigated the Defendant to testify by making the Defendant give false testimony as “for example,” in the inquiry of the defense counsel, by making the Defendant give testimony as follows: “I would like to say, at the time of the instant case, that “I would like to have the victim C with the intention of selling an article, e.g., with the intention of her mother, her mother, coming back with money, or going back with her own money,” and “I would like to say, I would like to say,” “I would like to give the Defendant a false testimony during the prosecutor’s inquiry, “I would like to see whether there is any sound or display despite the fact that the Defendant was made,” “I would like to give any false testimony.”
