Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 18, 2012, Defendant V appeared as a witness of the Incheon District Court No. 320, the Nam-gu Incheon District Court No. 278-2, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon District Court No. 2012Da6311, and took an oath after being notified of the right to refuse to testify by the presiding judge.
