Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 11, 1991, the pertinent Plaintiff entered the Defendant and worked as a general management worker, and was in charge of credit management and planning.
B. The Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff 1) On September 9, 2013, the Defendant’s personnel committee issued a notice to the Plaintiff that the Plaintiff would be given an opportunity to attend and vindicate the Plaintiff’s misconduct to the personnel committee, and on September 13, 2013, the Plaintiff used the Defendant’s key figures without permission, and on September 13, 2013, passed a resolution on disciplinary dismissal against the Plaintiff based on the following facts as grounds for disciplinary action (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”).
(2) ADD 206.7.7. 15.7. 15. 201 and 6,799,000 won on July 15, 2013. - Employees in violation of Article 3 of the Service Regulations and Chapter 3 of the Office Management Rules (related regulations: Article 3 of the Service Regulations and Chapter 3 of the Office Management Rules) shall faithfully perform their duties in compliance with the laws and regulations, and the official seal of the office shall be stamped (use) after obtaining approval from the approving authority. However, with respect to a retirement pension trust affiliated on September 24, 2009 with the mine of the NAC branch, an agent in charge of the actor’s representative shall be prohibited from using the official seal impression or his/her personal position without permission from the approving authority, and shall be prohibited from collecting 15,000 won or 4,000 won with his/her personal seal affixed on the application form for withdrawal from the National Agricultural Cooperatives branch on July 15, 2013.
