Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who runs a livestock breeding business in Si interest-si B.

Any person who runs the business of raising cattle, pigs, the area of which exceeds 50 square meters, shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from February 23, 2016 to June 15, 2017, had a breeding house with a size of 216 square meters in the above place without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, and had a livestock breeding house with a size of 216 square meters.
