Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate the livestock breeding business that meets the standards prescribed by Presidential Decree shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, by preparing matters concerning the adequate number of livestock raisings per unit area and the location of such facilities, equipment, and unit area prescribed by Presidential Decree

Nevertheless, from May 2015 to June 21, 2017, the Defendant established a breeding house of 107 square meters in area without obtaining permission from the head of Kimpo-si from Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and operated the livestock industry, such as raising 150 soil and sand chickenss and selling eggs.

There is no record of the same crime.

Livestock industry is being operated in a state without permission until the closing of pleadings.

In addition, the punishment shall be determined by comprehensively taking into account the following factors, such as the defendant's age, occupation, sex, family relationship, living environment, circumstances leading to the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
