Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 26, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The instant insurance contract includes a special agreement that guarantees 30,000 won per day of hospitalization when the insured is hospitalized due to an injury or disease.
