Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) leased seven officetels 301, 303, 704, 1212, and 1401 of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ltel Ltel 301, 303, 1212, and 1401, and (b) had the women of Thailand using N, B, or voluntarily found one’s own name enter the said officetel; (c) sent the advertisement letters by cell phone, etc.; and (d) had C,O, and P, who were employed by the head of the office, reported commercial sex acts and received 180,000 or 120,000 won for commercial sex acts from the customers who were employed by the above mother country, and had them take guidance about commercial sex acts in which women of the above mother country are living, and had them take the place of commercial sex acts.

On February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent to an unspecified number of cell phones 507, the phrase “K” in QT building 507, the Defendant: (b) sent off the commercial sex trade advertisement to an unspecified number of cell phones 303, using the Internet SP 17 letter transmission site and the large phone 10 units of “T”, the Defendant: (c) sent off the advertisement advertisement to an unspecified number of cell phones; (d) received 120,000 won for commercial sex acts from an unspecified number of customers on the Internet; and (e) received 120,000 won for commercial sex acts from an unspecified number of customers, and (e) directed the said officetel 303,000 won for commercial sex acts.

In collusion with the above C,O, and P, the Defendant committed an act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes from October 28, 2014 to February 5, 2015 in the same manner as the entries in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Defendant B, in collusion with the above N, stays in the Republic of Korea or is “Rain.”
