A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2014, around 23:30 on October 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a steering door that was parked at the seat of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, for the Category D 3 Motor Vehicles; and (b) attached the inside of the vehicle to the passenger car and made it unfasible to the entire passenger car.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the fire by setting up all one motor vehicle equivalent to one million won at the market price owned by the victim E.

2. On October 16, 2014, around 00:46, the Defendant used rubber plates located on the floor at the entrance of “G cafeteria” in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and installed approximately one to two minutes of the rubber board in each rubber board, and installed a wall on the wall so that the fire may spread to the building.

Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed the above building owned by the victim H to KRW 1,50,000 for repairing expenses, such as reinforcement glass and wooden wall repair.

3. On October 16, 2014, around 01:11, 201, the Defendant entering a residence intrusion upon the victim’s residence, such as: (a) the victim J (J, 20 years of age) who passed the said house in front of Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) the victim entered the second floor of multi-household house; (c) the victim, who entered the second floor of multi-household house, was removed from the inner stairs of the victim’s house to the front day of the house of the second floor; and (d) installed the front day of the victim’s house on the floor.
