A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

A seized Rater (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:00 on June 29, 2020, the Defendant was assaulted by the victim D at the front side of the C, which is located in Tong Young-si B, and thereafter, the victim D did not respond to the Defendant’s telephone without any apology, and he did not look at E (9.7 tons) owned by the victim D (9.7 tons).

On July 2, 2020, at around 00:36, the Defendant intruded into the steering house with no corrective device in front of the steering house in front of the Defendant, and placed in front of the steering house a day-to-day stop with a fire on the part of the two-day stop, thereby getting the crew room and the stern part from the steering house in front of the instant E, and let the victim G who was at anchor on the left side of the said E take part from the steering house in front of the H (9.77 tons) owned by the victim G who was at anchor in front of the said E to the stern part.

Accordingly, the defendant set fire to the victim D and the crew who are the captain, and set fire to the victim D's ship E which is used as a residence in the course of operation, and set fire to the victim D with approximately KRW 100 million amount of repair cost, and set fire to the victim G with approximately KRW 100 million amount of repair cost.
