A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2014, from around 12:00 to 18:00 on July 7, 2014, the Defendant, with the knowledge of the fact that the aged living in the Dongine who was living by the Defendant, was aware of the fact that they receive a massage in the village hall, had been able to find out the village's abandoned house and fire the village with the aim of resolving stress

1. On July 7, 2014, at around 16:15, the Defendant: (a) opened a ward at the victim D’s residence located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, through a closed door that was not corrected between the victim’s house and leaving the house as a community hall; and (b) discovered a rectangular match at the new site at the new site where the house was located; (c) attached a fire on the inner bottom of the fluor, which was attached to the inner bottom due to a fluoring match, destroyed the total market value of KRW 8,043,00,000 by making it spread to the inside through the wall and ceiling.

2. On July 7, 2014, around 17:50 on July 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim F in Gangnam-si E from the victim F’s residence to the village hall; (b) opened the house in the ma, and opened the house in front of the entrance entrance in the inside of the entrance, and destroyed the 6,918,000 won in total of the market price by attaching a fire with a one-time stop in front of the Defendant’s possession to the front of the entrance in the inside of the entrance.

On July 7, 2014, at around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) set fire on the part of the victim H located in Gangseo-si G, the victim Ha, who she was in his/her house and she was in the house, and entered the house through a window after the she was in his/her possession, and destroyed the market value of KRW 12,098,000 in total by attaching a fire on the part of a revolving she was in his/her possession, and having the Defendant spread to the whole inner length of the non-breadth.
