A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by inserting a bags into the corrected door column of the E-motor vehicle owned by the victim D, which was parked in front of the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by placing it in a shaking; and (b) by holding one unfolded colored one (including cash amounting to KRW 1.30,000 and post office post office debit cards) at the market price, which is set up on the top of the above cargo vehicle; and (c) stolen it.
2. Fraudulent and attempted fraud;
A. On April 26, 2015, the Defendant, at the “G convenience store” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu around 16:16, obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by settling the post office debit card in the name of D, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), with the Defendant’s purchase of “Imm” tobacco amounting to KRW 850,00, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 9,00, in purchasing from the victim H of “Im” cans and coffees, and the market price of KRW 9,850,00.
B. The Defendant, at around 17:47 on the same day, obtained a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount by settling a post office under the name of D, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), as the victim’s card, by holding the victim K and presenting the debit card as if it were his own card, at the “J convenience store” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon. From the victim K, the Defendant purchased “ram f,” which is equivalent to KRW 850,00 at the market price of KRW 850,00 from the victim K.
