The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on May 21, 201, the summary of the facts charged: (b) on the ground that the Defendant talked about the family problem of the Defendant’s wife D (the age of 24) in counseling at a multicultural family support center; (c) on the ground that the Defendant she was fluorcing the victim’s head, she was skeing the victim’s head collection by hand; and (d) on the part of drinking, she abused the victim by walking the left bucks.

2. An application not to punish a defendant who has been submitted as of January 22, 2015, pursuant to Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act, against which the dismissal of prosecution is dismissed;
