The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant, at around 21:00, assaulted the victim’s 4th floor of multi-household houses located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul, with a view to any reason, breathing the bucks of the victim C (age 61) that talks with neighboring residents without any reason, so that it can be cut off with stairs, and assaulted the victim’s bucks that go beyond bucks.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. Submission of an agreement on August 12, 2015, which was subsequent to the institution of this case

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
