Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four years and by imprisonment for one year and ten months, respectively.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 20, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) on February 20, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 28, 2013.
2. Criminal facts;
A. Defendant A (1) The Defendant, while serving as public interest service personnel in the Dong Burial Business Management Office E of Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation, was absent from his service without justifiable grounds for nine days from September 23, 2013 to October 1, 2013.
(2) On April 8, 2014, around 05:20, the Defendant sent Defendant B and H to the house of the victim G located in the F building No. 407 of Silung City F building 407, and then requested the locked repairer who did not open the entrance door, whose name is unknown, to arbitrarily dismantle or destroy the lock lock locking device equivalent to approximately KRW 200,000 of the market price installed in the door of the present door.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

As a result, the defendant forcibly taken the victim's property through violence and intimidation, and inflicted an injury on the victim.
