【Criminal Facts】
On December 1, 2013, at around 18:10 on December 1, 2013, the Defendant opened a studio of a bank, which was filled by the victim D et al., in a space, using the gap in which human wave was collected through broadcasting shooting from the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, and laid off a studio wall with a cash of KRW 30,000 (T-mone) in cash owned by the victim, 6,100,000.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.
