A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 19, 201, the Defendant habitually gambling at the Defendant’s house located in B and C, 213, and joined as a member by accessing a private sports earth’s Internet site, using a computer, and deposited KRW 600,000 into a bank account (E) in the name of the account designated at the above gambling site, and deposited the corresponding game money, and received the corresponding game money, and conducted gambling as a result of various sports games, such as a axis, conducted domestically and overseas, and received a dividend according to the result of the betting game.

From that time until July 20, 2013, the Defendant deposited a total of KRW 160,050,000 in the said gambling site account over 226 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from that time until July 20, 2013, and charged the game money to the said gambling site account, and thereafter gambling private sports games.

2. The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business operator, shall be prohibited from gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting ballots or similar things by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things; and

Nevertheless, from February 19, 2012 to July 20, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 151,740,000 in total over 198 times from around February 19, 2012 to around July 20, 2013, and filled up game money, and used the act of gambling the sports betting tickets issued by the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and by a person other than an entrusted entity with the results of the sale betting tickets or similar.
