A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 15, 201, the Defendant habitually gambling deposited KRW 50,00 in a bank account (E) in the name of a bank designated at the above gambling site, which is an account holder designated by the said gambling site, at the Defendant’s office located in Sinsi-si B, by using a computer, and deposited KRW 50,000 in the company’s account, etc., and collected the corresponding game money, and used it as a means of betting the outcome of various sports games, such as a stable operated domestically and overseas, and receiving a dividend according to the result of the betting competition.

From that time until July 31, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 204,086,408 over a total of 561 times in the said gambling site account as shown in the attached list of crimes, and filled up the game money, and then boomed private sports games.

2. The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business operator, shall be prohibited from gambling using any act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting ballots or similar things by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things; and

Nevertheless, from February 18, 2012 to July 31, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 189,030,080 in total over 446 times from around 18, 2012 to around 561, up to 446 times in accordance with the method stipulated in paragraph (1), and deposited game money, and used the act of providing property or property benefits by emphasizing the result of the sports promotion betting tickets issued by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for Seoul Olympic Games and by a person other than an entrusted entity.
