A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall be prohibited from gambling by using an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

Nevertheless, around March 7, 2012, the Defendant joined the “C” office located in Sinsi-si B by accessing a private sports soil website using a computer to fill KRW 100,000,00 after being deposited in the bank account (F) in the name of E, an account designated at the above gambling website, and deposited the corresponding game money in Korea and abroad; and betting the result of various sports games, such as a axis, conducted at home and abroad; and gambling by receiving dividends according to the betting result; and from August 4, 2013 to August 4, 2013, the Defendant deposited KRW 251,120,000 in total over 679, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, charged game money; and provided property or similar profits by taking advantage of property or similar profits.
