Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Western Branch of Busan District Court on April 5, 2017.

On October 17, 2019, at around 22:10, the Defendant started from the place near the gravel in the Taecheon Park of Taecheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and driven a motor vehicle B with the highest alcohol level of about 0.073% under the influence of alcohol level at a section of about 100 meters prior to the entrance of the Taecheon Park.
