Punishment of the crime

On November 4, 2014, at around 22:54, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-type car at a section of about 200 meters from the day before the gravel horse located in the Busan Young-do, Busan Metropolitan City, to the day at the entrance of the Taegi Park in the said Tri-dong, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.095% of alcohol level.
