당사자의 지위 주식회사 씨티웍스(이하 ‘씨티웍스’라 한다)는 서울 종로구 D 외 95필지 지상에 주상복합아파트 신축 및 분양사업(이하 ‘이 사건 사업’이라 한다)을 시행하던 회사이고, 주식회사 씨티웍스 피에프브이(이하 ‘씨티웍스 피에프브이’라 한다)는 사업시행구역 내 부지 중 일부에 관한 매매계약을 체결하였다가 2006. 6. 30. 매수인의 지위를 비롯하여 이 사건 사업과 관련된 모든 권리를 씨티웍스에 이전한 회사이다.
