A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Metropha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.
1. On April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the purchase of phiphones; (b) around 16:04 on April 1, 2017, the Defendant: (c) purchased phiphones from E in Gangnam-gu Seoul, by using a mobile phone; (d) transferred KRW 500,000 to the national bank account (H) in the name of G designated by the seller; and (e) on the same day, around 16:30 of the same day, the said seller purchased 0.5g of phiphones put in plastic flophones put in the bottom of the stairs of the stairs of buildings in the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul, and around 17:00 on the same day, he/she injectedd 0.1g of the Defendant’s house purchased from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 411, with 0.1g of the clophones purchased as such, and sold them.
2. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed the purchase of phiphones; (b) around 15:32 on April 14, 2017, the Defendant: (c) purchased phiphones from the aforementioned E using mobile phones to “F”; (d) transferred KRW 500,000 to the national bank account (K) in the J’s name designated by the seller; and (e) around 16:00 on the same day, the said seller purchased 0.5g of phiphones put in plastic bags in the lower part of the stairs of the stairs of the building in the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (e) purchased 16:30 on the same day by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones purchased from the said Defendant’s house to 0.1g of the buphones purchased from the said seller’s house; and (e) sold them with dilution and dilution them.
3. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased phiphonephones; and (b) administered the Defendant around May 20:35, 201; (c) around the address of Gangnam-gu Seoul National Bank, a mobile phone at the point of an address of the Gangnam-gu Seoul National Bank to “F” which is an SNS display case using a mobile phone.
