A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased and administered the Metropha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows:

1. Joint purchase of philophones;

A. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased and administered phiphones with D and money at an irregular place in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) accessed that he/she purchased phiphones to the users of the SNS P and then transferred KRW 700,00 using the ATM machine to the non-personal account designated by the SNS F; and (c) around that time, he/she brought about approximately 0.8 of the phiphones with the non-member of the above name attached in advance to the H elementary school near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. On February 27, 2017, around 20:00, the Defendant shared money with D and intended to purchase and administer phiphones at an irregular place in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and accessed the purchase of phiphones with SNS Frophones by using mobile phones, and then remitted KRW 700,000 to the non-personal account designated by SNS Frops to the non-personal account designated by SNS Frops, and around that time, the Defendant took 0.8 of the phiphones with the above non-personal names attached in advance to the non-indicted Frops located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase philophones.

2. Joint medication of philophones.

A. On January 1, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant administered a phiphone in collusion with D, I, and J in collusion with the Defendant, I, and J, by inserting approximately 0.2g of opopon into a single-use pen, dilution with water, and then inserting approximately 0.1g of the dilution d's d', I, and J's d', I, and J's d', I, and Justice.

B. On March 3, 2017, the Defendant is Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul around 01:00.
