At around 15:10 on April 8, 2015, the Defendant operated the above Obaba on the 500-meter section of the street, which is the motorway of Samsung apartment, which is located in the same Gu, from the Southern-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the 130-party roads of Samsung apartment, which are the exclusive motorway of the 102-dong.
