Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, at around 11:35, the Defendant operated B Obaba in a section of about 300 meters of street, which is an exclusive motorway, from the Do in front of the mountain basin located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, to the south of Pakistan-ro 12-lane 8 of the same Gu.
